My yashica only Works when I pull the timer lever

My yashica fx-3 super 2000 has a problem

When i press the trigger the camera "jams" with the shutter open, to make the shutter close I need to turn the timer lever a bit so the shutter can come back to its normal position, I need Help to solve It.
