Cloning Drive from a dual boot system

Hi

I have Win 10 and Win 11 installed on 2 different drives. Disk 2 is the original drive with Win10 and I later installed Win 11 onto Disk 1,

Now I want to make a standalone bootable drive for my Windows 11. But I'm having trouble. If I clone the entire Disk 1 it won't boot from that disk. I imagine it needs the EFI partition from Disk 2. So I tried cloning that partition to disk 3 alongside the Win11 partition plus a bunch of other variations but nothing is working.

What do I need to do in order to copy my Win11 to a new hard disk and boot from that disk only. I dont want the Data drive (disk1, part2) copied, I want to keep that separate.
