The Xeon X5460 works fine on my Mac Pro 2008. The memory that is designed to work at 800MHz started at 667MHz.[br]
That is what I wanted because overclocking is not limited by memory now - I can set FSB = 400(equals to "800"), for example, and memory will not stop me from running the processor at that frequency.
