Hi @eph23
Check if the drive belts are OK and not stretched or broken.
-I can't find replacement belts for the VCR model online so if they are broken etc unless there's a part number on the belt itself (unlikely) you may have to purchase the [https://www.ebay.com/itm/145271770709?hash=item21d2df4e55:g:~F4AAOSwW5lk77rZ&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAwJ2%2FOWBNV0JckJxiRXgT1wqe4Gv07XRtrTKGgkawgoFpfJ4g%2FHHx59PPiGbk8Xc%2BaP247NsehC%2BYNL7R38IfPtSJHHRmaFIXE3ZYnv7jDKaXrWe0NXGlavSqvc9HI5orOwSAtHCrkypO60Dd92Xjq2mR2mJdIewWvliK1mCbVrOkrA6Gq7cBOFnsMOaHYQiu0sToKkTpt9EZ6kuruDHESNPiWAPtxqUE%2FeRHM9B4z0eW0%2BJkni6r4Zpp2EwBtNtngw%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR9KR3JuXYw|service manual] and check if there's a parts list in that, where the belt part number is shown so that you can search for it.
