Hi @mrmbellis
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
With the phone turned on does it still give audible indications that calls/notification are there?
If so you could try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the screen and check if you can see any images at all. They will be very faint so trying in a darkened room may help to see them if they are there.
If they are there then this just signifies a backlight problem with the screen and doesn't help much unless when the screen is replaced that it also doesn't work either, due to a backlight problem on the systemboard and not in the screen itself.
Here's the ifixit [guide|148120] guide, that shows what to do.
Search online for ''GH82-25122A GH82-25121A'' to find LCD display suppliers that suit you best.
-''Note:'' If you click on the Galaxy A32 5G icon next to your question, in the page that opens there's a Troubleshooting guide located in the Documents sections down the page and on p.23/50 of the document is the Main Display troubleshooting guide that may also help.
