If you're asking about [product|IF350-000|the ifixit screen|new_window=true], then yes, it does appear to come with the display cables, as you will see if you flip to the second image in the attached link. There also appears to be a small connector, with no cables attached, at the bottom of the screen.
Also, according to a notice on the page, there are two different types of surface displays that are not compatible and the only way to tell them apart is to closely inspect that connector. I haven't ever done any repairs on a Surface, so I don't know if there is a cable that connects to that connector or if it interfaces directly with your motherboard. If there is a cable, and that one happens to be the one you damaged, then you may have to resort to looking on eBay to find that cable.
