Hi, just wanted to close up this years old thread by documenting that replacing the battery in the Marshall Mid ANC definitely works.[br]
[br]
I bought this battery on Amazon Germany: [link|https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0C3HHVQ9R?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details|DC 3.7V 800mAh 603040 Wiederaufladbare Li-Ionen Batterie für Marshall MID Major II Major III Major IV Bluetooth Kopfhörer VDL603040 SR603040|new_window=true][br]
[br]
Doing the battery swap is as easy as
1) twisting off the ear cushion on the left side (the one with the button)[br]
+

2) Unscrewing the 4 screws[br]

3) Unscrewing the 3 screws holding the PCB in place[br]
+
[image|3171734]
4) Unseating the old battery, which is most likely taped to the bottom by double-sided sticky foam[br]
+
[image|3171733]
5) Unsoldering the 3 battery leads, soldering the 3 leads from the new battery (red=B+, black=B-, white=NTC)[br]
+

-...and putting it all together again in reverse order. Everything seems to be working including charging. Have fun!
