This happened to me with my 2006 Honda Civic. It would be any of my windows, at various times, wouldn’t roll back up and/or down, at times.
I replaced the entire master switch in the driver side door panel ( super easy, I did it myself, the master switch unit popped right out with the use of an old credit card, undo the plug(s) and the new one pops right in). I have had 0 issues with any of my windows going up and/or down since….hope this helps…. ; )
