@akiyagetachew this could be a software issue. Try a reset of your software. Remember to make sure that all of your files are backed up etc. Also, check if this happens in safe mode as well or if it stays on. WE need to know the exact model of your Infinix to help you with the Safe mode. Generally you can get into safe mode by following the steps from [link|https://www.hardreset.info/devices/infinix/infinix-hot-10i/safe-mode/|this site|new_window=true]. If none of this works, I would replace the battery. Once you replace the battery, make sure that your charging port works.
