Can't upgrade from macOS Lion 10.7.5 / Fails to load anything

I just recently fixed this mac- and it will not upgrade to either mountain lion, el capitan, or sierra. my problems I have encountered are:
# Safari does not load most webpages
# Everything that uses internet is slow
# no updates are listed in the app store.
# I've got a windows PC, and I got this mac to work using hackintosh flashed to a USB, so should I download hackintosh ML or EC? I am super confused and want to get this done between 11/21/23-11/26/23. please help!
