I am having a problem with the Jura e8 15270.
The metal piece with plastic end cap shoots off into the cup during and milk flitter drinks. Could a gasket be missing?
I have taken the piece off and cleaned it with water. It does not feel right on the machine when re installed.
I have had this machine with light daily use for 3 years.
