Audio problem after changing OS

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hello, yesterday I changed the outdated Dell Chromebook OS to Chrome OS Flex using [link|https://www.ifixit.com/News/30282/how-to-get-updates-on-your-end-of-life-chromebook|this tutorial|new_window=true] and after that my audio stopped working.

There is no sound device (like speakers) in the settings, and when I connect other speakers via jack cable, there also is nothing.

The only way to do this is to connect the headphones via Bluetooth.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I checked the speaker plug on the motherboard and everything is connected correctly.
