The reference designator is C7405 and it is a 33µF 20% 16V in a B3 case. It's a bit hard to find due to the B3 case. Based on the dimension of that case, you should find a suitable replacement [link|https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803857326990.html|on here|new_window=true] under the B 16V 33UF 336C tab. Or, you could find a close match (not an exact match ;-) just measure the solder pads on your board and use Mouser.com or Digikey.com to find a case that will fit those dimensions.
The component is large enough that you will not need any major special equipment, but good tools and experience soldering are a must for a successful board repair.
