I have a similar issue, but my Z Fold 4's outside screen is not working even when plugged in.

I brought it to Samsung and they are replacing the main board under warrenty.

I'd suggest you to take a backup with Samsung Switch on a PC and head over to Samsung. Not sure where you're from but in the Netherlands we have 2 years of warranty which means this is fully covered.
