@mohammedyousuf it is possible that this is an LCD issue but it will all depend on how you took it apart. Of course, you do want to check the connections, the connector for bend or broken pins etc.

Since iFixit doesn't yet have a guide for this, use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOH9M5t7JfE|this video] to work on your phone.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
