Why does my Vizio TV keep turning off and then back on?

Hi everyone, I have a bit of a tricky issue with my TV. You see, it keeps turning itself off, and then immediately turning itself back ''on'' . Here's what I've determined so far:
* There is no consistent pattern of when the TV restarts
* The TV itself is restarting, it's not just the backlight losing power
* It's not being caused ARC or HDMI-CEC
* It still happens even when there is no input signal
* It's not being caused by any sort of IR interference (I put my Flipper's IR receiver up next to the TV's, and didn't get any signals)
* It still happens when I switch which outlet of the surge protector the TV is plugged into
* It still happens when I switch which outlet the surge protector itself is plugged into
* It still happens even when I plug it directly into the wall (I tried multiple different outlets, in multiple rooms)
* It still happens when I switch the TV power cable
* Nothing else loses power (not even the other devices plugged into the same duplex outlet, nor the same surge protector)
* When watching something, when the TV restarts, once powered back on, the video has paused itself
* There is no sign of any burnt traces, broken wires, or any internal or external damage within the TV
* It still happens when I remove the batteries from the remote
* It's not an automatic function (there is an automatic power off function on the TV, but I already turned that off)
* It always turns back on quickly, within 5-10 seconds
* It doesn't ''seem'' to be happening due to overheating
I'm currently at a loss here. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be going wrong?
