-I have had the same problem but I found a solution. I found out that I had too many files, unused or redundant apps. Once I win in to my settings, I deleted all of them and also my junk files. It was slowing down my phone's response to anything. Once I did that, my phone has been working great. I have Android Galaxy a03 phone.

As far as your password for Samsung account, I have been told that if you delete your Samsung account and opening new one, you can use a new password. I don't know if that works but I was told by a couple of good friends. You can at least try it. Good luck
