Hi, I recently had the vacuum replaced the fan motor. After I picked it up, I found that the vacuum started circling or not moving forward. I also found that one wheel seems quite new but the other looks very old. I'm not sure what happened at the repair center (currently abroad and I could get it done at a service center.). I cleaned the sensors but the problem was not fixed. Do I need to replace the old looking wheels? Thank you!
