Go to p.51 / 60 and follow the path from the ''jdcin1'' connector (DC-In jack) through the PF1 fuse to the VIN circuit reference then find VIN ref. on p.53 / 60 and check PQ311, PQ312 and PU301 and all associated components connected to that path.

if the components aren't marked on the board, then you may have to find a ''board layout diagram'' for the motherboard. I couldn't find one. Only the schematics. You may have better luck.
