I have the iH56 model (I assume its the same besides some color differences) and whenever I plug my iPod in, it doesn't play or charge unless I push on the top.[br]

There's a small piece of plastic missing from the 30pin and I was assuming that was the issue but i cant find anything on it

(I have tried 3rd 5th and 6th gen iPod classics, along with a 2nd gen Mini, all of them have the same result)
