@aakendrasunar there are a few things you can try first. Make sure that you have the latest software updates download. You do that by Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > and check there. If nothing is to be downloaded you have the latest software.

Of course, you also want to check on the things that Samsung recommends [https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-fix-an-unresponsive-touchscreen-on-a-galaxy-device/|on here] My concern with those is that you may not get into your phone if you can't access any menus etc. due to a failed touchscreen

I would go ahead and replace the display assembly to which the touchscreen is fused to. Since iFixit does not have a guide for this use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqDOfwQJDPs|this video] to work on it. Replacement screens are readily available at many online stores. Just make sure you get one for your exact version.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
