Hi all , I did my first I phone 7 audio IC and C12 pad which all seemed to go well , phone boots and all functions work apart from taptic engine , also the cpu gets very hot but cools down after 30 seconds or so , I re-balled homer ic still the same .
I replaced homer with a new ic still the same I have checked R4104, c4135, R4714, FL4112, c4136,r4713 all seem ok , no shorts on the caps , PP1V8_SDRAM is present .
I have also removed the audio IC and still cpu gets hot and no vibrate .
