I have been doing HDMI Console replacements for almost 10 years now. I am looking for some advice, as this is the first time ive experienced something like this.
After the HDMI replacement and Liquid metal re-application, the Front USB Panel stopped working. I Chopped it up to a preexisting issue at first. unfortunately, after 2 more HDMI replacements, all the devices are experiencing the same problem. I have fully disassembled, and re attached all flex ribbons and boards, and the issue persists in all instances.
has anyone else experienced this? Is it something i did incorrectly? can i prevent it in the future? and is it fixable? thank you.
