Sudden grinding / vibrations during fan tests and any taxing use?

I purchased this laptop ***(W7604)*** a couple weeks ago, and out of nowhere this grinding has started. I've removed the bottom and carefully dusted it just to see if that would help, and haven't gotten anywhere. Support has given me an insanely hard time, so it would be nice to know what I should try myself :') Any advice?
