Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port connector to make sure that there are no bent or missing pins and that there's no debris lodged in the port e.g. lint, that may be preventing a good electrical connection with the charge cord plug. If there is int etc, use a vacuum cleaner to try and clear it.
