No Camera image but have green LED

I have a MacBook retina 12” 2017.   It’s my daughter’s laptop.  The camera has stopped working but I have the green LED indicator when trying to use FaceTime/Photobooth.

I have been looking to see if there is a repair guide here..there doesn’t seem to be one.  can anyone offer any insight?
