Bit confused as you first said the door is not auto locking and then later you commented that the door is not opening, which is it?
Either way if you meant that the door power lock doesn't lock or doesn't unlock, but you can still manually open the door from the inside, then it could be a faulty power door lock actuator or a wiring problem from the body control module (BCM) to the door lock actuator.
