@akrammd try a reset and see if that makes a difference. Make sure that you backup your files/pictures/contacts/password etc. since a hard reset will delete those. If that does not resolve the question, you may need to replace the camera. You did not tell us which camera and what you have already tied, so we really can't be more specific
