The dispenser bar that you push for coffee is broken. I have had 7 of these and every darn one had the same issue in less than 1.5 years of use. I took mine apart and tried to fix it but it’s useless. You can buy a replacement part either. It almost seems it’s meant to break so you have to go out and buy a new one. I’ve enclosed a pic of the cheap plastic part.
