printer paper does not load, please help

paper does not loaded while printing so i used back side but that back side to print is only accept 1 paper at time so its exhausting , the normal blank paper load does not work so i use that option , how can i fix this? so i can print 10+ times arow and not once a time using '' back-side of printer option ''. please let me know as soon as possible
