Go to p.13 (of 67 pdf numbering) to find the charging part troubleshooting flowchart and follow that to see what the problem may be.

If viewing on a Win PC press Ctrl key + f key to open the search box and type in a component designation mentioned in the flowchart e.g. C562 to find the location of the component on the board shown in the board layout diagrams (you need to zoom in 300-500% to see it) and then also the part number for the component in the parts list.
