@sadmac30281 no bad news. you are dealing with a 30+ year piece o equipment here.Hope you did not expect this to be a plug-and-play situation ;-) Sounds to me like you are not having an OS on it or your Direct Drive is creating issues. See if you can remove that and if things change. Your computer may just need a bit of help to be restored to its former glory. your sad mac code starts with 01 which could indicate a ROM issue which can be caused by bad caps on the logic board. Time to open it up, inspect it and to clean a few things off.
