Hi @alvintan9, Is the sound still working when the TV is on but the screen is black? If so try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the screen and check if you can see any images at all on the screen. - They will be very faint if they are there. + They will be '' very faint'' if they are there. If you can see images it may be the backlights or the mainboard is turning them off for some reason. If there are no images and no sound either its seems like a mainboard problem.
