@jeffersonwakner Sounds like you need a reset! This shouldn't erase any data, but I would recommend backing up any important data anyway.

# Plug your computer into the charger
# Press the Windows key and I key simultaneously
# Go to the "Update and Security" section
# On the left, select "Recovery"
# Under "Reset this PC", select "Get Started"
# Select "Keep my files"
# Select "Cloud Reset"
# Wait patiently while Windows resets your computer.
