@rakibkhan90663 Assuming your phone is one of the iPhone 13 models, code 0x1000 indicates a problem with the front facing sensor cable. We would need to know which iPhone 13 you have, whether it's the base 13, the mini, pro or pro max model, but here's the part for the basic 13. Note: Updated for the correct phone model, iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Note that this cable contains the microphone, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor. This cable is paired to the logic board and ***replacing it will cause you to lose Face ID***. Only Apple can replace that part and keep your Face ID working, but the only way to get it replaced is to pay full price for a screen replacement. You can save a little bit of money by using the self repair program, but in my opinion the meager savings aren't worth it.
Here's the screen replacement guide for the 13 Pro Max showing how to swap out that front sensor cable assembly.

Again, without knowing which 13 you have, I can't be sure of giving you the correct instructions but here's the screen replacement guide for the 13 showing how to swap out that front sensor cable assembly.
