Nozzles for Heat Gun Black&Decker

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I want to use my Black&Decker Hot Air Gun

which is 1750 Watt with a range of 460 to 600 Celsius degrees (two-button controlled) for detaching very small components like SMD resistances, IC mircro-controllers etc, being on electronic boards like motherboards, cards and so on.

But its nozzle is very big for this purpose. It has a diameter of 30 mm, when some of these components have diameter of 1mm.

So i want to buy and use a nozzle adapter. I have found a set of five pieces that maybe can adapt in its physical nozzle (if not i will make some kind of patent to fix it).

But the problem is that a friend told me that if the diameter of the nozzle become very small, then the air, that flow from inside to outside through the nozzle, will be blocked by the very small diameter and this can cause the overheating of the inside part of the gun so it may can cause its destruction, its burning.

Until now i am using an nozzle adapter with diameter of 15 mm, without a problem.

The adapters that i want to buy have diameters of 3mm, 6mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm.

Does anybody know something about this ?

Can i buy the nozzle adapters ?

Can i do something else ?

I know there are special tools for these purpose (electronics repairing hot air gun stations) but they are too expensive.
