Okay, to start with, what you're looking at is called a panic log, and it consists of data that gets recorded when the operating system kernel encounters an unrecoverable error and decides it needs to reboot the phone. This process is called a kernel panic and fortunately one of our members who is a former Apple technician has written a wiki page giving us mere mortals a chance at enlightenment.

[[iPhone Kernel Panics|iPhone Kernel Panics - iFixit|new_window=true]]

From that page, we find that the information we really want is a line showing us what sensor it's missing that's causing it to panic. From your log file, we find that this is what we're looking for.
Missing sensor(s): mic1 \n
"mic1" is the clue here. Going back to the wiki page, here's what we find.

***Missing Sensor Location Likely Issue***[br]
Mic1 - Bottom Microphone On the Charge Port Assembly Charge Port Assembly or its connector on the Logic Board

That tells us that the logic board cannot read the sensor on the lightning port assembly. Now it is theoretically possible that this could be a logic board issue, but to be honest I've yet to see it. Every time I've encountered this particular sensor failure, replacing the charging port assembly has resolved the problem. Here's the guide you will need to do that repair.

As far as replacement parts, I usually go with the big three; Amazon, eBay and AliExpress, depending on your timeframe, quality and cost tradeoffs. Here's one that came up on my cursory search that would work.

That should get you going again; I'm guessing a bad cable or charger has damaged your charging port assembly and killed the sensor. Hopefully nothing worse happened and replacing the flex assembly will fix you right up.
