Remove print head, wash out completely from old ink, dry overnight. Re install next day, replace ink. Fire up your printer, start printing. Your problem will be solved!

then go to Setup, scroll to

Device Settings press OK.

Then to Reset Setting press OK,

then to Reset All option, press OK, yes,, then OK.

Your printer will be Reset to its factory settings!
