Perform the ''Self Diagnosis'' check as shown in the first page and check if there are any error codes being displayed.

The error codes and their meanings are shown on p.4.

There's also a ''Heat Release I/M Test Mode'' on p.2 which you can try as it checks if the ice maker thermistor, harvest motor and water valve are OK
