[image|3048461]The other day i was playing a pretty demanding game on my lab top when suddenly it made both usb ports nonfunctioning. Headphones and a mouse shut off. Made the battery % drop to 6% and throw the screen into dim mode. What would be the root of the issue? would this be in need of a replacement battery? currently while typing this the battery shows charging on and off.
