Unfortunately the problem could be related to some failed Mosfets on the main board (positions u2 and u4). replacement I've heard replacement is difficult requiring some soldering and in-depth disassembly. your best bet is to replace the main board. to my knowledge no guides exist on Ifixit covering this process.
