After turning on the device the screen is completely white at the beginning as it should be. there is only a dark shadow towards the middle of the screen but the bigger problem is that later, i think it is when windows(there is windowsXP on it for some reason) boots up, half of the screen has very thin randomly colored horizontal stripes. they later turn black. between the stripes the screen is colored normally, so it looks like everything is behind a black grating.
the stripes stop exactly in the middle of the screen so the left side of the screen is functioning normally.
how can i fix it?
