How do I unlock my hard drive locked by bitlocker?

Hi, I had my Hp probook 430 G2 laptop which crashed few days ago and the last time I was using it was locked by bitlocker, following crash I decided to take out the hard drive from the laptop and connecting to external hard drive case so that I can recover my documents to my office computer,
Unfortunately it rejects the bitlocker password that I used the past days when it was in my laptop, I don't know what to do next.
