Buttons unresponsive after replacing the left stick

My switch lite had a stick drift on the left side and i replaced the stick in order to fix the problem, and it worked. No stick drift at all anymore, however when i wanted to turn the console on the power button wasn’t responding anymore.
I managed to turn the console on by connecting it to a charger and when it finally was on i tried to play a game and realised that the ZL button is unresponsive together with the volume up/down buttons.
And yes i did check if all connectors are plugged in where they belong to and i also checked them for any damage but there was no damage at all.
I think maybe a daughterboard replacement would fix the issue but i am not sure thats why I wanted to ask if any of you guys know how to fix it or if you have any thoughts about it.
