Just stumbled across this forum as I am having very similar issues with my iphoneX. Dropped my phone many times to the point where both front and back screens were severely smashed as therefore completely stopped working. I could not even unlock my phone to use it, the bottom half of my screen was unresponsive.
I then took my phone to a repair shop to replace the screens but since having my screens replaced the Bluetooth connects but doesn’t play properly and constantly crackles and drops out and my gps doesn’t work at all. It will find the route but the arrow doesn’t move when I move and it cant centre my exact location.
Does anyone have any suggestions of where I can get my iphone looked at by an expert please? I need someone in London ideally who is an expert at these sorts of issues. I’m no techie so any suggestions welcome.
