The specifications for the screws in the base as shown in the [https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/s340_hmm_201902.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] (see p.34) are M2.0 x 6.5mm and M2.0 x 3.5mm.

The specifications for the 10 screws in the base as shown in the [link|https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/s340_hmm_201902.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] (see p.34) are M2.0 x 6.5mm (9 screws) and M2.0 x 3.5mm (1 screw)
M2.0 = 2mm so that is about a T6 or T7 Torx screwdriver.
