	Unfortunately you’ll have to restore it to factory losing everything unless it’s backed up.

+	To restore it then phone should be off. If you can't turn it off then follow below.
+
+	1, connect your phone to a computer via USB
+
+	2, press and hold power and volume down until the screen goes black.
+
+	3, when it goes black quickly press and hold power and volume up until a black screen with various options appears.
+
+	4, scroll down to wipe phone, factory reset using the volume buttons.
+
+	5, press power to confirm the reset the click yes on the next screen.
+
+	The phone will wipe ready to be set up again.
+
+	You will need your Google email address and password to set up your phone again.
