@akashsingh81633 you are not telling us what it sounds like or if anything happened to the phone prior to the speaker issue appearing.
First, I would suggest that you clean the speaker grille on the external phone. Make sure that it is clean. Of course, check all your audio settings as well to ensure proper sound playback. Replacements are readily available at many online stores.
