Hello. About a month ago my Passat had a no start issue. I changed the fuel pump but had no luck starting it. We thought it might be a timing belt because but upon charging up the battery and trying to start it, the engine sounded like it nearly started up. So, I just took a video. Could this be a lack of compression still? It sounds different than just a purely electrical sound which is what they say a broken timing belt sounds like.
