If your headset is still within the warranty, you can get an RMA for it. However, there may be situations where the headset is not covered under the warranty. Side note: Instead of sending it back, perhaps iFixit could help? What exactly is going on with the headset that is causing issues? Depending on the issue, it might just be a quick fix or reset
